Pelican Point Villa rents as a whole four-bedroom house, sleeping up to eight. Every stay includes the private beach at the southern tip of Staniel Cay, which has no public access.

The whole villa is yours - four-bedroom house, a private beach, and no one else on the property. Rates vary by season, with the lowest in late summer and the highest over the holidays. Pick your dates in the calendar above to see the exact all in total for your stay.

No public access, no through traffic. White sand, beach chairs, umbrellas, floats and towels supplied.

Professionally Cleaned

Covered by the one-time cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping available on request, arranged in advance.
