Rates & Policies

Full House rental required. We offer an inclusive daily and weekly rate that includes all taxes & fees, so there are no surprises after you book. A 7-night minimum is required to receive $500 off your stay.

Policies
Payment Schedule: 50% of the rental fee is due at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% rental fee & and security deposit are due no later than (30) days before arrival date.

Payment Options: Wire transfer, cash, or check are accepted as forms of payment.
​
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation within (90) days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your paid rental fee.
​
Security Deposit: A $2,000 refundable security deposit is required. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
​
Age Requirements: Must be 25 years of age or older to book; children are welcome accompanied by an adult.
​
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
​
Smoking Policy: No smoking allowed.
​
Max guests: (8) people maximum.
