STANIEL CAY - EXUMA - BAHAMAS
Where the road ends on Staniel Cay
Pelican Point is a private four-bedroom beachfront villa on the southernmost tip of Staniel Cay, in the Exuma Cays, Bahamas. The road through the island ends at our gate, no through traffic, no public beach access, and turquoise water on three sides.
Nassau is 75 miles north, and the swimming pigs, Thunderball Grotto and Compass Cay are all a short boat ride away.

Where The Villa Sits
The last property on the cay
Staniel Cay is about two miles long and a mile wide, with the village and the marina on the western shore. The road runs south from the airstrip, through the settlement, and stops at our gate.
What that means in practice: the beach in front of the house is not shared with anyone, no one drives past, and the sun sets over open water from the sundeck that wraps three sides of the villa.
