Payment Schedule: 1/2 rental fee due at time of booking, the remaining 1/2 rental fee & security deposit due 30 days before arrival.
Payment Options: Venmo, Zelle, or wire transfer accepted as a form of payment.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refundable if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
Security Deposit: A $2,000 refundable security deposit is required. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Age Policy: Must be 25 years of age or older to book; children are welcome accompanied by an adult.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Smoking Policy: No smoking allowed.
